Register Fly Failure
Register Fly have created the ultimate failure in domain services and many customers are tearing their hair out trying to get the support and help they need. Register Fly customers have been denied the ability to transfer or renew domains and the end result is that many customers have lost their domains entirely. Register Fly continues to charge customers for non existent services and refuses to offer any real support. Many support conversations and logs have been detailed online that show the elusive support staff at their best, avoiding the main topics that customers are concerned about. Many businesses have suffered immensely from this negligent behavior.
There have been numerous complaints held against Register Fly and it has taken a long time for ICANN to respond. The main problem being, that although customers have paid for domain renewals they did not receive them and popular domain names were snapped up by competitors. Go Daddy was set to save the day by purchasing the data and thus acquiring all the domain names for their own management.
